Andrew Sloan

Andrew is Chief Executive of the Commission for Victims and Survivors, where he leads strategic and operational delivery in a complex political landscape. A qualified accountant, he brings extensive experience across public, private, and voluntary sectors including 15 years as Director of Finance and Resources at Sport NI. His career has spanned community development, rural regeneration, and organisational leadership, with a strong focus on governance, accountability, and impact.

Andrew is passionate about the role of outdoor recreation in supporting mental health and community cohesion. He lives in Banbridge and enjoys flying light aircraft, spending time outdoors, and hosting a local radio show.
